It's been a while since Rubin mentioned a possible last romp with everyone together, and I thought I'd bring it up again since we're running out of time, for the U of A folks, anyway. I'm not sure when Obsidian Butterfly has to go back, but probably pretty soon as well.
So, looking at what everyone's said, what would be a good day? This Sunday for dinner? Sometime during the week? I know there are probably some people who still have to work, and U of C's classes are starting up Monday (I think) so it's going to be tough getting everyone together but if we want it to happen, we should get on it. Natrix is back Saturday from B.C. and Kris, hopefully, is back or will be back from his trip soon (does anyone know?).
So if I say Sunday evening for dinner, maybe around 5 or 6 o'clock somewhere relatively nice - Cheesecake Cafe, Montannas, etc - what's everyone's reactions? Let's get some discussion going.

Cheesecake Cafe sounds good. I don't think Montana's will have a table big enough for all of us...and plus they have crappy crayons now. T_T

Ah... sorry to you all, but I have to help out at the Restaurant on Sunday night.. the gal who answers the phones that day is going on a trip and my mom requires me to work that day! Maybe lunch, instead? (but doesn't matter, no need to revolve around my schedule)
If not Sunday, then when would be a good time?
Sunday morning/afternoon or Monday morning/afternoon would be uber-perfect for me... not sure about everyone else....
Btw... I would love to go to Oolong Tea House down in Kensington again....
Okay if this thing is definitely 100% happening tomorrow, I need to know TODAY (Saturday). I'll probably be on until like 2AM again.
I don't think so - not enough response by people. It would probably end up being you, me and Natrix again and while that's always nice, it kinda falls short of the 'big group gathering before school send off' thing.
So maybe during the week, then. Or if it's too much trouble we three and whoever else has free time can do a lunch date or a movie or whatever.
Anyone want to volunteer to phone people and get some better idea of what works? I can do some of the work/calling/organizing but I would prefer to have some help, just 'cause it can get frustrating trying to work around everyone's schedules.
I'll be free completely tomorrow. (Sunday) And I'll be able to phone a few people right now. I mean, the people who haven't responded. (Anna, Oshi, Danni, Kris and so on)
What about we meet for lunch tomorrow? And those who could stay will go somewhere afterwards?
I don't have any comments on where to eat or anything.
Well... I just called and it didn't sound very good. Anna's definitely not showing, and I couldn't reach anyone else. I'll post if anything new comes up.
But yeah, are we doing something for sure tomorrow even if it's with the small group?
