Fringe

Yes, I had to be the one to do this.

Disappointing, very, very much so. As you all know, we arrived by 1:30 pm, and by 2, I was an endless, gaping hole of apathy--I just didn't care anymore. :(

What happened to Fringe being supposedly lively, bustling with entertainment, and good gosh, ENTERTAINING?? >_< I'm promptly sending my thoughts to the Fringe "Contact Us" addresses, though it'll be annoying to write each separate concern for each department. But that WILL NOT discourage me, as even my apathy gave way to utter cold despair.

Yes, after some thought, the one event highlight directly of Fringe (rather than that brilliant time outside it, on the LRT with that crazy, bug smearing child, and the playground), was the production, Do You Bite Your Thumb At Me, Sir?!, because in retrospect, the actors were funny, had some terrific fight scenes, and their personas were endearing (and sympathetic, of course Pat most so).

There wasn't much else that was amazingly outstanding that was not the play--the rest is just a series ranked as, bad, not as bad, and adequate. >_> SIGH, I have such despair still at this sad excuse for Fringe in Calgary.

If only he was there...*sigh*

I KNOW I KNOW but you can't show "man" through pantomime without pointing out the obvious.
