Hey hey!
So glad that we now have a new blog to post things on! Fromage was uber-excellent (did I just use "uber"? YES I DID!!!!!!!!!) but this is awesome as well!
Work is amazing! Oh.... and this my rant of the month: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN ICED CAPPUCINO!!!!
WHY? First thing's first:
-A "cappucino", according to the Starbucks and the ACUTAL definition is: FRESHLY made espresso with FRESHLY steamed milk that is free poured so that you get roughly the same amount of milk and foam. So no matter how busy we are, we have to steam fresh milk for a cappucino.
-Secondly, the difference between a latte and a cappucino is two main things: latte's have more milk and less foam and latte's do not require freshly steamed milk every time; cappucino's have less milk and are made with fresh milk
-Conclusion? "Iced cappucinos" do not exist! How can you have "freshly steamed iced milk" and "iced foam"? Answer? YOU CAN"T!
So ya! that's your lesson in coffee and coffee related drinks today from your own Starbucks Barista: JASON!!!
LOVES!

Uh, wouldn't the freshly steamed milk then be iced to make an iced cap? Hmmm? That makes sense to me. Or else it could be one of many oxymorons, like non-dairy creamer.
Either way, those things are the only coffee I'll drink so nyah :P
Haha... but the point of a cappucino is FREE POUR!!!!!!!!!!! FREE POUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And plus... icing the "freshly steamed milk" would make it not fresh.....
